I assume you are using ASP Playback when you get partial or no SD card playback.  Before, I believe you said you could not display anything. Can you live view your two cameras in ASP concurrently and smoothly?  If so, I don't know what your ASP problem is... I have no problems with the live view of...

Little info on my last post:
Looked again at a camera that has a lot more shots stored on it. It always plays the first shot, then skips three, plays one, skips three again, and so on.
Also the firmware version V2.420.AC00.18.R.20191218 shows this error pattern.

@PPenet Look through these playback instructions to see if it could help you get your ASP playback working.  Amcrest Surveillance Pro is basically the same as SmartPSS. https://dahuawiki.com/SmartPSS/Playback Exactly as in the instructions you mentioned I did it, but unfortunately it does not work....

Uninstall ASP and reinstall it.  Make sure you are using the ASP located at https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/articles/213713737-Amcrest-Surveillance-Pro Or maybe you are just having problems with ASP settings.
