No display, no ethernet output for the 8 POE cameras
New NV4108E-HS device. Power on ok. Original 48v power switch. Bip on power. Motherboard (without HDD) start up bip ok. HDD start up bip ok. Red light on motherboard. Fun ok. Ethernet light on input cable ok. But not light from ethernet output port of any of the 8 cameras

I am having almost the same problem with a new 4108E-HS. NVR turns on ok. In can hear the bip with or without HDD. I can see the Lightning where ethernet connects to NVR, i can see one light on thé motherboard (Where you see 2 lights on your motherboard) but no light At any of the 8 ethernet outgoin...
