I am now having this problem. All PC-NVR Tabs are greyed out and non functional. Dell Server running Windows 10 Pro, latest updates, two network adapters, but I am only using one of them right now. Installed Surveillance Pro version from the website. Added device PC-NVR with the computer IP address....

Is Amcrest planning to resolve this issue? I cannot and am not interested in scaling my entire Windows Surface Pro 7 just to accommodate a single app. And even when I play with the settings, it does not seem to affect the font size within Surveillance Pro.

any updates anyone?
