So, after about 2 months. I get a message from customer support that my issue has been "resolved". The issue is not resolved. And the app still doesn't work. What a joke! Are there any Amcrest employees / supervisors on this forum? This lack of customer support really sucks.

How do you add AD110 doorbell to the amcrest view pro app? I was able to download the app, and selected add device, scanned the QR code, but then it asks for a user name and pswd (defaults were admin), but the default password did not work. Anyone successfully using IOS amcrest view pro app with AD1...

I submitted a ticket about a month ago. But thus far no solutions from the company. Really disappointed how long this has taken.

My live view works fine also. The video also works if I download them onto my phone. But I can't play them from the amcrest smarthome app. Seems like an app issue that several of us are experiencing. I'm currently using an iPhone, not sure if that makes any difference.

I've tried viewing the videos on live view also, but run into the same problem.
