Re: AD410 chime kit replacement
Hey all, Just found this thread. Dealing with an AD410 that just started rebooting when the button is pressed, seeming to happen more at night, possibly when things are cold. I don't notice it happening during the day when it's sitting in the sunlight. If I'm understanding correctly, this symptom, a...

AD410 alternate apps
Hi all, I've been looking for an alternate app to view the doorbell notifications for my new AD410. Smarthome is miserable with the way it changes the orientation to landscape automatically. Plus, it won't let me independently silence notifications - I use my Surveillance Station to handle the motio...

AD410 keeps disconnecting
Hi all Have had an AD410 for a couple of months. Worked great for the first few weeks but now I’m getting a random disconnect after 7-10 days. It goes completely offline, no response from the doorbell locally itself. It has a strong WiFi signal at its location. I would think if WiFi were at issue, i...

Re: AD410 motion, human, and call notifications
Thank you - useful - but using an IOS so I can't take much from it. I did email Amcrest requesting that they make their notification selections more granular, With any hope, I'll be able to fully have another app controlling the doorbell at some point...

AD410 motion, human, and call notifications
All, Am I missing something - can the three notification types (motion, human, and call/doorbell pressed) be set fully independently? It seems there is no way to turn off human without also disabling call/doorbell pressed (by disabling push notifications altogether). Is this true for everyone else? ...

AD410 doorbell and alternatives to SmartHome
Hi all, Recent purchaser of an AD410 doorbell. I had initially bought it for integration in to my Synology Surveillance Station, which I've been able to accomplish. I did start to like the functionality in the SmartHome app where a doorbell ring would show up on my phone and allow me to view and ini...

Re: IP4M-1041B poor image quality in Synology Surveillance Station
Hello and Welcome to the forum First I am wondering why you are saying your running the same type of cameras yet you have the Reolink set for 1080p and the Amcrest set for 4mp? I mean why down scale the Reolink. Also I am sorry but if the left picture as you said is the Reolink and the right is Amc...

IP4M-1041B poor image quality in Synology Surveillance Station
Hi all, I'm currently testing two fairly equivalent 4MP wifi IP cams. One is a Reolink E1 Pro. The other is an Amcrest IP4M-1041B. Both were configured as ONVIF devices (neither shows up in the Synology list). The problem I'm having is that the image quality of the Amcrest in Surveillance Station (s...
