Thanks Jack. Unfortunately, using pattern just isn't as precise. Sorry for late reply.

PTZ Speed
Hello Amcrest, Model: IP2M-863EW-AI on Web User Interface. Can you please provide a much slower speed option or 2, or 3 8-) for "PTZ Speed"? Since I'm 25x zoomed in on subjects, the lowest speed option is still way to fast when moving to the next preset when doing a "Tour". Would...

Are the desiccant packets supposed to be left in the camera?
Referring specifically to model IP2M-863EW-AI
Amcrest, what is your recommendation? Remove them, or leave them in the camera?
And if we should leave them, where should they be placed?
Thanks.

Re: Watermark Removal
After looking at it again and again, it seemed I had a whole different looking options page and I was able to remove it.
Now it looks like my camera is not recording to the micro sd card (which it did before). Will have to explore this new issue when ready to tackle it.

Watermark Removal
Hi all. Is there a way to remove the "Amcrest" name off the live screen? After trying all options, it's still there. After searching, found old previous attempts by others with same issue but totally different options to what I have. My camera model is IP2M-863EW-AI. Seems the option is av...

No "PTZ" "Function" Speed "Save" Button
Hi all. Just received my new Amcrest IP2M-863EW-AI camera and learning as I go. Using a desktop pc and so can only connect to it through a web browser. Downloaded and installed the latest firmware on the camera. Google chrome is my preferred choice but discovered(through trials) that Internet Explor...
