I'm experiencing the same issue. I've switched out the floodlight with a replacement to see if that will fix the issue but no luck.

I'm experiencing this same issue with the ASH26. When I see a video recording from a motion event alert from my SD card, I see a 2min 15 second clip however 2 min 10 sec is before the motion event and only the last 5 sec is of the motion event.
