Did the reset button help? I have some flickering at night too that triggers my motion detection, using Day mode (non-IR) at night because it's well-illuminated here. Same issue with my Amcrest Smart Home, Android app version 3.9.1 installed from the Play Store. Takes at least 10 seconds to load the SD quality feed, cannot answer doorbells remotely in time.
