Hi MJPVDH , I am guessing (because of the links you sent) you are also a Dutch person. I have the same problem. I had an existing (Ring) 24V AC transformer in place, which powered the Amcrest fine. Then it died, only works with the USB now, nothing on the wire connection with multiple transformers. ...
