Allow number of window views in iPhone app
On the iPhone app I only have a choice of 4, 9, or 16 camera windows. It would be great to be able to change that to any number, for instance I have 5 cameras.

Re: I changed routers, how can I change the IP of two cameras
Only solution I was able to get to work was climb up a ladder and push the reset buttons on each.

Re: I changed routers, how can I change the IP of two cameras
Well you might have not caught the fact I am on a Mac. But I like your suggestion and am now trying to figure out how to do the temp static IP on it. I thought I figured it out and then ran Amcrest IP Config and had it search but it just beach balled and never found the two cameras I need to change ...

I changed routers, how can I change the IP of two cameras
I replaced my router with a new one. It forced a base IP of 198.168.4.* for the network. It was 192.168.1.* I have two cameras that I can not see any longer (as expected) and I need/want to change them to the new base IP. It seems like I can not do that from the app on my iPhone or from IP config on...

First sorry, I wrote the wrong model number down, it is a ASH42-W. I was finally able to get it to connect both via wi-fi and/or ethernet. The way I understand it I need to set it up in Smart Home first then I can also connect it in Pro View (what I really need it to do like my other cameras). But c...

Re: Best settings for cameras?
I am using these at my business so forced to use Comcast Business router/modem. Have 1GB service and 1GB network/switches. So pretty sure it can handle the best possible data feed. It is just that there are so many settings for each camera in this software and want somebody with experience to get me...

Best settings for cameras?
Just set up the application on Mac OS 11.5 Now wondering what are best settings for my two cameras, both with default settings in app are showing stuttering and pixelation. Any suggestions would be helpful since there are so many options.
Cameras are ASH21-B and a ASH22-W
Thank you.
