I don't understand, on the back of the doorbell it clearly says 16- 24 volts 0.5 amps. So where does the 2 amps come from?

I did the skip thing after i did a hard reset with the 5v usb micro connected. After setting up including the skip thing everything works perfect. But when i disconnect the 5v usb and connect the 24v on the back screws the doorbell dont starting. Everything stays black/dead. When i replace my Ezviz ...

With the 5v all goes well with the 24v on the connection on the back the doorbell does nothing anymore.

I put a 5v micro usb and the device is still working!

I did everything you said. I took the old Ezviz DB1C doorbell that works fine and took it off from the wiring. Then connected the Amcrest AD410 to the same wiring.
