I finally figured out that it is a FAT32 format type issue. the device does not accept exfat or NTFS. FAT32 does only allow 1893 mb file size maximum. so the recorded videos are being cut when the file size limit is reached. Our IT department also could not connect the NAS succesfully. therefore my ...

Yes I found the way to open WEB interface to connect through the IP number. Then I got seamless video stream.

thank you for responding. I could manage to export my videos to AVI format.
but when I tried to play the exported avi files I just can get the audio only. video is not exist.

but I do not have cloud membership.
I use sd card as storage. thats what I am talking about.
my videos are stored in the sd card with length of 7 minutes.
can I change that
