Using smart home app with my outside camera with my iPhone. I am constantly logged out when I open the app. I am never “remembere. Very frustrating.

Why when using the home smart app with my camera, I keep getting logged out. Ideas?

The unit doesn’t go to a new day. Eg. it is the 31st and it reads vis push notifications yesterday’s events.

Has anyone any suggestions??events not showing. Timeline show hours of coverage but no way of isolating actual motion events.

Ipad not showing events although they happened. Using ip camera !

Using smart home app with my outdoor ash-42 bullet camera. I find the with events, motion recordings do not list. If I scroll thru the whole 10 hrs or know what time the event occurred, I can see the motion triggered events but not the more efficient way via events. I do have push notifications ON T...

My camera will record to see card if manually but will indicate in the timeline only motion detection so I may select and record.

Using ip3m-941. With view pro. I have it set for 24 hr motion detection. When I looked at play back I see a green section from 00:00 to the present with no apparent movement, just continued play. I have enabled motion detection and record in configuration center. How do I isolate those motion record...
