I am trying not to use my computer as a streaming system, therefore I am trying not to use VLC for my streaming. Also how do you configure ONVIF? I have not tried that yet.

Hello, I have an Amcrest IP Camera and I am trying to stream over RTSP to a video decoder. The video decoders I have is a GV-IP DecoderBox Ultra Edition and a URayCoder H. 265 H. 264 VHD Video.
