I am trying to add my Amcrest ASH26 to my Amcrest cloud account. However, when I input the serial number, it says that it is too short. So far as I can tell, the regular Amcrest IP cameras work fine, but the SmartHome devices (like the ASH26) have shorter serial numbers that the cloud won't accept. ...

I cannot get the app past the point where it is asking to give the device a password. I have already connected to the hotspot, but it acts like I'm not. Please help
