Re: windows 32 bit??
I clicked the "If you have a problem" link and it downloaded a different version that starts the install, but I can't get past the EULA because the window is too small to display the buttons to go on and cannot be resized, maximized, or scrolled.

Re: 1 wire size don't fit all
Well, the 120V over a distance isn't awful, depending on your load. If you actually are drawing 15A, then you will get significant drop. However, two things are at play here: Actual current draw of what you're feeding, and modern power supplies. If you're just running a camera, you're looking at may...

Re: 1 wire size don't fit all
I'm an electrical engineer, but I'm lazy and like to use the Blue Sea Systems circuit wizard. http://circuitwizard.bluesea.com It's a bit nicer than your average wire lookup table because it also figures in voltage drops over a distance based on load. For instance, I just ran 12V, 2A, 300 ft. If you...

Re: Keyboard support on NV4108E
I just bought a NV5216E-8P and bought a wireless keyboard/mouse combo for it. Anyone know if this unit supports a keyboard or was it a waste since it already comes with a mouse? The manual has only one reference to keyboards (other than on-screen) in the troubleshooting section: 16. Keyboard is not ...

Re: AD110 Snapshots - "ERROR Bad Request!"
Found Vera solution for Amcrest Cameras: https://community.getvera.com/uploads/short-url/hQp9Lkv8JPUVhxGZ7FgiluF4Zbo.pdf It was some Vera problem where you add the camera using their UI and the API string for snapshot, but then when you hit "Test" it asks for authentication tied to the Ver...

Re: AD110 Snapshots - "ERROR Bad Request!"
I have no issue typing it into my browser and getting a pic after I supply user and password.
Now if I can get my Vera do do it.

Re: Ad110 motion record length
Sounds like the best solution for what I would want is the Latch expanded to the max that's stable for the app and dejitter lower so less action is missed.

Re: Ad110 motion record length
I think this is something that Amcrest really needs to fix. It defeats the entire purpose of a camera if you only get footage of the porch pirate walking up to your door and looking around, then the next clip is you coming home to find your package gone. Sure, evidence that a person was there is hel...
