I have the NV4108 and have two cameras recording to it. When I watch the playback it is half the speed of normal and the pause button doesn't pause the video so I can get a screen capture. I didn't think something simple would be hard to find. I have some bullet cameras and because of a rule they cannot be mounted to the front of the house so I need to mount them to the side wall. Problem solved. I sent the unit back to Amazon and exchanged for another one. Noticed differences out of the box. First, serial number sticker on top of the unit that the first one didn't have, second there were no extra screws, just the four needed for the hard drive install, and last that it works...
