Re: Power supply (Transformer) for AD110

You looking for Stand Alone setup or working with a indoor Chime? If stand alone and if you have any extra 12v DC power supply the camera works just fine with that as well.. 2amp would be best bet.. For what you have listed any of the bottom 3 are fine for stand alone.. Just make sure that if you a...

Re: Power supply (Transformer) for AD110

It looks like it is impossible to find a 16V 30VA power supply where I live. Which option would be the best? There will be a small voltage drop since I am using a 2.5mm2 copper cable (lenght 4m)
- 16v 1A
- 16v 2A
- 18v 1.5A

Re: AD110 - All the devices keep ringing

I think the solution is to have just 1 account and then share the device with others. you will find the "Share Device" option in the SH app settings. Well that's what I did. I used the app on my cell phone to add the device and then I used the "share device" feature to "inv...

Re: AD110 - Slow / delayed broadcast

Are you located outside the US? If so, the issue might be high latency contacting the Amcrest P2P server hosted on a US AWS server. (p2p.amcrestview.com 52.52.42.29 which "sadly" doesn't respond to a ping to measure latency) I live in South America. But I don't think this thing is only re...

AD110 - Slow / delayed broadcast

Hi, I just installed my AD110 and it is so slow that by the time I pick up the call the person is gone! It takes almost 1 minute to pick up a call. And then there is a delay. This is so annoying. When the call button is pressed, I get immediate notification. The problem is to pick up the call. Wi-fi...

AD110 - All the devices keep ringing

I have multiple accounts connected to the same doorbell app. Each phone/tablet has its own login in the Smart Home App. When someone pushes the button in the doorbell, all my devices will ring at the same time and that's good. The problem is that, even if someone using one of the devices picks up th...

Help choosing a chime that works

Hey guys! I need some help to choose a chime that works with the video doorbell. The thing is I don't live in the US and all the chimes around here are different (They all use differently voltages). So I am thinking about importing a cheap chime from the US. Can anyone recommend a chime sold on Amaz...

Re: Connecting doorbell to a Chime

Good one! haha! In fact I just had another idea here. I have a Home Assistant server and some Google Nest speakers around my house. It looks like this doorbell integrates very well with Home Assistant. So, maybe it is easier to create an automation. When someone presses the doorbell button, all my s...

Re: Connecting doorbell to a Chime

Sorry I guess don't understand what your looking to do! This doorbell camera should be used on a 16vac 30va Transformer. now that a 22v power source has been used it might have killed your Amcrest Chime Kit.. Thanks and sorry for being unclear. Actually you answered my question! My biggest problem ...
