Re: UHD 4K/8MP camera automatically resets to low resolution (IP8M-2496EB)
Do your cameras have more than one video stream? Do they all work? I am asking because my cameras switch from the main stream to the second stream. From super HD (3MB) to VGA on their own. Is this the same issue? Amcrest 2K Dual Band WiFi Cameras, IP3M-941W. I am using a MacMini late 2014. Mac OS Bi...

One more thing after looking again at your picture. Mask off any bright spots in your picture and switch to Black and White. At night you should be in BW for the best picture. Unless you have big (IR) or big flood lights.

Re: IP8M-2496EB - Objects in motion look like Thanos is dissolving them

Well like a film camera it's about film speed. If your film is slow film then if someone moves it blurs. But this is dig...

Re: Motion Detection Playback is Choppy
I am having trouble with my Main Stream and Second Stream video. Sometimes I have also seen choppy video in my video files. I thought it might be my SD card so I took it out. No change.

Re: Pixelated Video on Main Stream
Hello, within the past two months I purchase two Amcrest 2K Dual Band WiFi Cameras, IP3M-941W. Immediately I notice that one of my cameras took much longer to display live view when setting up using my web browser. All connections were with Ethernet cables on my local network. Using local network so...

Re: Headlights setting off motion detection outdoors
The solution is to use a PIR motion detector. Look at some at B&H photo online. My video software (Security Spy) has AI and has setting that help to ignore car lights. Masking, video sensing, Trigger time. But PIR is very good for just triggering on real people or cars. As far as I know. good lu...

Re: Feed not updating
Just a quick question . Have you ever notice a large lag time between the movement in front of the camera and the time the actual movement displayed on your monitor, like 30 seconds or minutes? Another question, does your camera have two video streams and do you use both?
