I don't think this camera has custom FW just for Amazon. Now this is a IP2M-841 B NOT IP2M-841 This is what I have... So I just got my new IP2M-841B from Amazon and tried to upgrade the firmware. I downloaded the version V2.420.AC00.18.R 2/17/20 which says on the download page that it is for the IP2M-841B, IP2M-841W and IP2M-841S V1 & V2 firmware filename - Amcrest_IPC-AWXX_Eng_N_AMCREST_V2.420.AC00.18.R.202002...
