Spoke with tech support. They had me hold the reset button on the physical camera for 30 seconds. That did the trick.

I'm using an nvr provided by amcrest. All passwords and usernames are the same (default). Regardless in which port I connect the poe camera to, it loads with user name or password incorrect. I was thinking, there must be a "button" to just reset the camera to factory. I reset the nvr and t...

Similar situation. Everything was previously working. I reorganized all the cables. Plugged everything back in. One of the cameras' status shows red dot and displays invalid username/password. The other 3 cameras work.

Camera shows it has power (lights are on outside).

Same problem as above. Motion segment is shown as entire day beginning from the start of the day and not when the motion occurred.
