I appreciate the feedback. I have gone through some of the trouble shooting and have already sent the device back with another on the way.

Thanks for the reply. That's disappointing. The WI-FI Video Doorbell User Manual on page 7 (Wireless Chime Wiring Diagram) does not show ad110 hardwired to the chime.

I have bought the HB-7612-02 chime. I have it running on battery only. It is not hard wired. When I push the button on the AD110, nothing happens. I have it set to "Digital Chime" in the app. The AD110 is wired directly to a 18V 500mA AC adapter and it's running with my Blue Iris software....

I am getting the same error also. Thought it was just me. I have updated the firmware.
