Nothing - Amcrest takes few days before they reply back. And the last reply was basically them saying that it's strange this happened. No real steps on what I can do to solve this. I asked if I could downgrade to older firmware - and if so, how/from where. Nothing.

Try logging directly into the camera to see if the motion detection settings you configured are set. If its not set go ahead and configure it while your there and see if that works. I did the factory reset and it still doesn't do any motion detection.

All I get is live video.
