Re: Power distribution too low for 4k? (1amp fused)
Thanks again Revo2Maxx! Questions I have: If I trade out the PS with the new 24A one, how would I know if the Traces can run the higher amperage? What would the fuses need to be changed to? Also, would the resistors also need to be changed? I would feel comfortable replacing the PS but not sure on w...

Re: Power distribution too low for 4k? (1amp fused)
RevoMaxx - thank you for the reply! My knowledge of electricity is quite low, so I have to admit a lot of what you said is above my ability to comprehend. I am attaching pictures of my current power distribution unit. I haven't seen many with 2A and I haven't even seen any with 3A fused - so where d...

Re: Power distribution too low for 4k? (1amp fused)
Also I am looking at this supply: https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=6876 (I can power one of the cameras outside this of this power distribution). This power supply has 1.85 amps per channel.
Again, any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Power distribution too low for 4k? (1amp fused)
I just upgraded my 9 camera system from 720p to 4k (all analog). Looks great, but I have 'interference' in the camera feeds. My old power distribution is a 12v 9 channel/1 amp (fused) per channel. Nowhere in the documentation of my cameras does it have the amperage needed by the cameras. Checked wit...

Re: Webviewer - Auto open 9 streams?
Is there any documentation on where to find the files to edit the web interface? If I could even switch the default on the drop menu to the substream it would save half the clicks. Alternatively, is there some place to make requests for future webview releases?

Re: Webviewer - Auto open 9 streams?
Revo2Maxx - thank you for replying. I tried to find what you are referring to - nothing shows up after or during camera stream selection that says anything like 'preview'. Under the camera list I have: ------- Start Talk Instant Record Local Play ------- None of those seemed to do the trick - still ...

Webviewer - Auto open 9 streams?
Just upgraded an old Amcrest DVR (720p) to the newer 4k DVR. The web viewer is similar, but there are several changes. One of the things about the old viewer is that when I logged in, it would open my 9 camera view, and all streams would start automatically by choosing "Open All" from a dr...
