Too Bad! Amcrest get rid of the yellow on white. More contrast. Come on guys.

No what I mean is on the nvr. When you go to playback there is a camera list that has D1 cam1, D2 cam2 for all my amcrest new cams it say D3 IPC, D4 IPC. How do i change this? It’s not the overlay. How do we change the name of the camera. All the amcrest cameras are labeled IRC. How do I change this? It is not in the camera pane with user and password. Thank you.

Is there any way to change the color in the playback screen of the motion record from yellow to something with better contrast on the white bar? I have a few older clients that are having a hard time with it. Thanks.

Tried all that and still no motion rec. I spent an hour with axis support and found out it has nothing to do with the camera for motion record. If the camera connects it should rec motion. I also have a brand new wbox 4mp camera having the same problems. The one amcrest 8mp camera i have does record...

Could someone layout how to setup motion recording on this nvr. The cameras connect and in the status tab say md is green. Go to the alarm section and enabled motion recording. Still not recording motion. Oh schedule is set in the storage section. All days yellow(md). What am I forgetting?

Again Sadly, I feel you are very correct. At least good cameras are not that expensive any more. The axis cameras I am using are p3364lve’s and were normally $900 cameras. Do the Amcrest 4K cameras work good? They are only $110. I have 5 more cameras to replace.

I have a Amcrest 4116-hs and i just upgraded the firmware to the latest version and I can not get any of the older axis cameras to connect. It says on the screen invalid user id or password and I have double & triple checked the onvif profile. Any suggestions please. I do have 2 new 4mp & 4K...

Here is what I got to work. After talking with axis support, I had to change the onvif stream profile to 8000kb and also the main h264 profile to constant and 8000kb max. The cameras function great now. Can not wait to get a few 4K h265 cameras and see the difference. Thanks
