I'll have to give that a test, thanks for the information!
I have another question. I've noticed that one of the cameras keeps doing the "alarm" on the recording. The camera blacks out, then comes back on after a few seconds. Is this something of concern?

Re: NV4108E install
I took my old camera system down and the cameras had a 12v 2.5a power supply for each camera. I already had four of the cameras working fine, but when I plugged in the one camera which had gone bad on me (this is the one when I used the aluminum cable), the camera didn't automatically pop up. I then...

Re: NV4108E install
Can you recommend any cameras which will match my NVR? I want to max the system out now that I have it working. Also, with the 850EB, is that one I can have the app on my phone and also on the NVR? When you used the 850EB, was there any thing special you used them for/how did you set them up (ie: lo...

Re: AD110 Setup
A good night sleep helped. When I got up I realized that the scene mode had been modified. I changed it to auto and the green disappeared.

Re: AD110 Setup
Ok have to ask what model of NVR is it? So I ask because the camera is 5mp even though it is said to be 4mp it really is 5. The DVR/NVR has to support the 5mp format that the camera is or the camera will have to be down encoded to a lower Resolution.. Also did you click the pencil and change the pa...

Re: NV4108E install
The 850Eb I own 2 of them so have no need for CHIP info. My issue is a different camera that was bad that has chips that I am going to guess are fakes or ones they stole from TI or someone and put their own Markings on.. The 850EB if I remember right is built very well with good known chips in them...

Re: AD110 Setup
Yes the Doorbell is a Smart home product and is required to be setup before it will work on your DVR/NVR.. Even with a IP setup static in the Router. Once you setup the camera in the Smart Home app you should be able to access the camera as normal. Smart Home App is Required. I have it on the app. ...

Re: NV4108E install
So about the Plugin. That NVR works with IE. so in order to use that NVR on a WebUI you would need to use the Edge browser and then setup to use IE Mode. There is now a button where you can just click and add where it used to be you would have to go into the settings to setup the Ip to work with th...

Re: AD110 Setup
I rebooted the AD110 and now the NVR is telling me "192.168.1.23 - Can not find network host" So I guess the password worked, so now it must be an IP issue. I looked online, but the Amcrest website explained to add the doorbell to the app, then add it to the DVR. It explained that the NVR ...

Re: AD110 Setup
Another thing to add, is that the DVR is using the 10.1.1.x subnet, while my router is using 192.168.1.x
The AD110 has a 192.168.1.x IP. I don't know if that is part of the problem.
