Yes, If the firmware picks one IP from geo location DNS and then sets to just that IP, the AD110 will keep working until that IP goes dark (AWS changes public IPs dynamically) and then the AD110 is offline again and end-users will need to perform the factory reset. I hope Amcrest is considering this...

Can we get Amcrest Smart Home support to put something on this thread that is helpful? Let us know what is going on before we all throw in the towel on the AD110. The product will not survive with all of the bad press on the forum, Facebook and Amazon reviews. And it will be of your own making...
