Where can I download DMSS?

Figured it out. I use a free DDNS service that expired. I guess when the IP address was unable to resolve, the app crashed.

I use the Amcrest app in multiple Android devices. Starting today the app crashes when loading live camera views. Any one else?

I'm attempting to connect a new IP3M-941 to my home 5ghz network, but I recieve a message saying wrong/incorrect password. I have verified the correct password. The camera connects to the network via cable, but not 5ghz.I updated to the most current firmware. I need to connect to 5ghz, versus 2.4.

I just updated my computer to the latest version of Edge based on Chromium. Is it possible to access my NVR 4108e using the web interface?

My android recently did an update to the Amcrest Android app. The app now defaults to the Main stream video, instead of the substeam. How can I change the default stream to substream?

Yesterday I added a new group for user accounts. The NVR changed existing user accounts to the new group and I can't change them back. Any ideas?

I have my Amcrest camera set to email a snapshot with an interval of 300 seconds (5 minutes). However, I'm receiving emails several times a minute. Any idea why?
