I have factory reset the device a number of times. I have also been in contact with support regarding other issues, of which they were no help.

Yes, it is set to mechanical chime because that's what I have. Still doesn't work.

The camera boots and I can connect to it with the app. When I press the button I get the notification from the app. However, my doorbell does not ding.
