Do you have the ability to set the router to use the exact same SSID and password as the old one? Then they'll automatically connect, at which point you can configure them with your new network settings and change it back. Also, your smartphone probably will let you do this as a Hotspot...? Finally got mine to connect. Had to do a hard reset. Make sure you get it enough time to fully complete. It was able to connect with no issues after that. Same problem here. Only thing I tried before reading this post was power-cycling the transformer, which made no difference. Camera is still accessible on LAN with 3rd party iPhone app (LiveCams Pro). Hopefully they get it sorted soon.

This might sound weird but, any chance you are setting a static IP address from within the camera settings, which would require disabling DHCP? The infrared image quality is on par with other models/brands. That said, the extra pixels you get @ 2160p don't buy you much at night. It's the daytime image that really outshines 1080p by far.

That camera only supports 2.4GHz, so it won't benefit from the 5GHz in the extender. I would bet that your connection will be less stable despite the stronger signal you may receive. Putting a bandwidth intensive camera on an extender is not recommended. I've been down this road and decided that too...

I have the T2499EW and it can be manually oriented any which way within the dome enclosure.

I had to forward all three of these ports. I have no idea which it's using but it works.

Like I said, mine works, just by allowing less secure apps, which I believe is separate from 1 vs 2-step verification.
