Check your firmware version and make sure you are up to date. They use to have a hard coded reboot every tuesday. Which i thought they got rid of with the last firmware.

I am on see below and haven't seen those old reboots in a long time.

I should have guess they would have sent out a general email to aide in confusion And this again tells me us AD110 users have not been heard. So this morning i got a system alert in the app dated 9/4/2020 stating there is a new firmware. to address connectivity issues. But the app says I am on the latest one from 7/02/20. Anyone else get this?

Well i can say this the new feature to shutoff the IR isn't added correctly. If you reboot the device or if it loose power it set back to Night Vision = Auto instead of the value you had set. So just a followup I finally got my RMA back today. Took a few weeks of going though support then the RMA process. I reinstalled the Door Bell and mad one change instead of using a 16v 30va i moved up to a 16v 48va (it can also do 24v 48va) transformer. I will let you know the results tomorrow. or l...

Actually several companies have video doorbells with POE. Look at the ring elite. Before i fot the AD110 i looked there are several with POE they are just price.

I agree sounds like a power issue with the product. I have tried 3 different 16v 30vac transformers today. It happens to all of them 2 are mine one is my neighbors.
