When somebody presses the button on my AD410, the app send me an alert that somebody is at the front door, I press the alert and the opens to load the video feed, but it gets to 99%, sits there a few seconds and the says it failed to load. How do I fix this?

Pixel 5.
When I go to app notifications, there are 4 items, all turned on.
- zencam
- RingPush
- push_default_alarm
- push_four_tone_doorbell_long_tone

I replaced the transformer within the past 2 years. It is a 16v-30va transformer. Voltage is all good.

Any idea how to get my phone to play the tone when the button is pressed? It used to work, and now doesn't do anything but display the notification.

I have a Synology NAS that has Surveillance Station, which I did try before, but it slowed the camera down to the point it was almost unusable.

Have the recent firmware updates improved performance?
