ASP Not Connecting Using P2P
Strange behavior... Running the "latest" version of ASP on a current PC using Windows 11 Pro. I also run ASP via emulation on my MacBook Pro. The MacBook Pro version connects just fine to remote cameras using P2P connectivity, but the PC runnng the same OS and ASP versions does NOT connect...

IVS Intelligent Video System Works?
Has anyone been able to get IVS working? I’ve tried setting it up using the Web IE and SP and neither seems to be able to set up a tripwire or Intrusion area. When I try drawing a tripwire i get a green line what I can draw with, but every click makes a continuous line that I can’t get out of. And t...

Re: Your apps suck
And “Supports up to Big Sur 11.2 with M1 chip” doesn’t mean actually works. I don't consider a software package that might launch, but doesn’t provide full functionality, and is very un-Mac like to support the Mac. Re: Your apps suck
As I’ve said on other posts, if they wont support their software maybe they should simply publish their camera APIs and put their software in the public domain. From the current web site… Compatibility: Requires Mac OS X, version 11.0, or later. Supports up to Big Sur 11.2 with M1 chip. Last softwar...

Re: Your apps suck
Your answer is simply lame. I have around 15 Amcrest cameras that I’ve purchased over the last 4 years. I’ve spent hours and hours going back and forth with Amcrest support staff and all I get are canned answers. You say the software does what you want…bully for you. I am a Mac user, and their Mac s...

Real Time Trigger Level Monitor
Trying to adjust the sensitivity and threshold values on several cameras. Is there a way to monitor what the camera is seeing in terms of the sensitivity and threshold values in real time so I can try and adjustable them appropriately? If not, it would sure be a GREAT capability to add to the softwa...

Re: Surveilance Pro for Mac / Monterey
I wish they’d simply publish the specs of their cameras and then make ASP public domain so someone could pick it up and make it work properly as a real Mac application…
