I feel silly now. I waited months to figure this out and while experimenting again last night, I had to do a factory reset. Now I am able to add it into the App.

So if anyone else loses P2P, a factory reset may be your answer.

I have 2 cameras that are IP3M-941 and they both stopped working on the mobile app (iOS) outside of my network. In trying to fix them, I removed the devices to add them back in again.
