OK，so with 4116e, basically it is not a regular router and does not provide NAT and port forward for the connected cameras, right?
So if I connect the camera (especially 3rd party camera) to the NVR, basically I cannot use their original management tools to manage them?

Hmm, if the NVR is a firewall, does it provide NAT for internet access? I can see a private subnet is maintained for the NVR POE switch. But is the camera connected to POE port able to access internet like device behind regular firewall? Also I would appreciate if the NVR can provide port forwarding...
