I have a NV2104E-HS with 2 Amcrest 4K bullet cameras. I configure my NVR to take a snapshot on both D1 and D2 every 30 seconds (Settings -> Camera -> Audio/Video, Snapshot tab). That works fine, except if I reboot the NVR the Snapshot settings revert back to their defaults (mode = Trigger, SPL = 1)....

Thanks James. I actually tried it again this morning and it worked. The only difference was the passage of time and pulling the cable during the daytime instead of night. Can't imagine the latter affects it but just in case I'll try it again tonight to make sure it's still working.
