Hi Spartan117, The fw file I use now is "Amcrest_IPC-AWXX-V2_Eng_N_AMCREST_V2.620.00AC003.3.R.20190803.bin". That is working well, except for the various PTZ issues I listed in my earlier post. I've learned to work around those issues. The previous fw file I used was "Amcrest_IPC-AWXX...
