That doesn't really help my problem. The camera can send files to the FTP server. It seems to randomly send snapshots when there is no movement. I don't use the cloud. Images are going directly to a local FTP server.

I am having trouble with a new IP5M-1173EW. It does not detect motion consistently. I have tried adjusting the sensitivity, but that doesn't seem to affect it.
