There is no way to override these settings if you use Amcrest Cloud. Amcrest does this to limit the amount of storage space they have to use to keep people's videos. I had 3 IP3M-943 cameras and then recently added a IP4M-1026. Now, each and every time I try to bring up the management interface for one of the cameras in Internet Explorer, it wants to re-install the browser plugin! Every damn time!

Why?

I have 2 IP3M-943B cameras and on both of them, it no longer recognizes the SD cards. I've replaced the cards, and they were good for a few hours, and then they're dead again.

Is there anything I can do about this other than get a different brand of camera?

I have 6 amcrest camers and on most of them, the settings keep getting reverted after some period of time. Fixed it. I powered off the camera for a few minutes, plugged it back in, got a new IP, new browsing session, and it's happy now.

I've had this camera for a few months, and I have the video event detection working.
