By the way it's same size as the cap next to pin 1 of the Transformer. Zooming in to see might be easier then seeing the tilted cap itself.

You would want to look for a 12v poe splitter. This will take your poe cable split out ethernet and convert 48/52v down to 12v that is plugged into your normal 12v power plug on camera. Short ethernet cord then plugs ethernet from splitter to camera completes system.
