Re: AD110 Setup

Yes the Doorbell is a Smart home product and is required to be setup before it will work on your DVR/NVR.. Even with a IP setup static in the Router. Once you setup the camera in the Smart Home app you should be able to access the camera as normal. Smart Home App is Required.

Re: Valucam 6mp camera invalid password and user name

Here is a Video that I made a year ago. It might be a little confusing as I am not very bright lol.. Anyway in the video, I am talking about kind of what you are working with. NEW NVR and maybe a POE NVR with some cameras that are POE and some that are not.. After getting all the cameras connected a...

Re: Valucam 6mp camera invalid password and user name

So generally the camera like that would have a removable part that would be facing the inner side. You would need to get a tool that fits the trim screw, Then remove the ring. Then there should be 2 screws and on some of the cameras I own there is only 1 center screws either way remove that screw an...

Re: NV4108E-A2 Hard Drive selection

For your nvr and really most of the recorders at Amcrest the drive you bought will work fine. 75mb r/w speed for 8ch should be fine. Even the faster 100mb r/w of the 7200 hdd wouldn't really even be noticed. Plus the lower speed could keep hdd noise down. Seeing the light weight compact design of th...

Re: NV4108E install

So last year in Jan I was working on a camera that I removed a damaged Transformer and took a picture of it. This is a common part number however it isn't the only one that I have come across while making repairs of these types.. The under side picture you can see the center is black it should be th...

Re: Amcrest cameras not syncing time with NTP server

Hello and Welcome to the forum So looking at my logs I don't see any time set besides when I make a WebUI connection, and everyday when the camera reboots there is a time set. Now I will admit that my time is also sync with my NVRs however even then there is no log file in the current FW of my newes...

Re: Valucam 6mp camera invalid password and user name

Hello and Welcome to the Forum So seeing they are different brand it might be they were with a different password then the normal Amcrest or Dahua... Also might be that after you did a Reset the cameras just lost the way to the right connection type.. So one of the things is if you know the password...

Re: Motion Detection Info

With AVP and push using image as type my alerts come in before the event is even over, like in case of car going by I get alert before off screen. If however you setup as vi...
