Re: Motion Detection Info

To be honest, Everything you could do with your BI for security you can also use for your NVR.. While I do have DVR/NVRs and BI along with many other things. For the fast and best setup there is nothing that beats the DVR/NVR route. Then hate to say it, Anything that you setup with a 3rd party VPN o...

Re: Very poor colors on ASH-43

So with that said there is a few things I would look into doing with your camera. 1 I would move it from under the eve I would mount it above any thing that will obstruct the FOV.. One of the things with your camera *Amcrest* is that it has a wider FOV then your phone camera so there is a lot to tak...

Re: Surveillance Pro: Black screen during playback but still kbps reading...

I am not sure, I have tested this on all my systems with 1 dual AMD GPU setup, 2 PCs with 1050Ti, GTX1650 and a Super 2070. Each of them are still working without an issue. However my thing is if there was another with an issue they might be able to do what you did to see if it was same type issue. ...

Re: Motion Detection Info

Hello and Welcome to the Forum.. So to be honest, I would look at buying a POE NVR.. This way all your cameras you can connect to the POE port of the NVR and keep the cameras hidden from the Local Area Network. Now the NVR will be connected to your Lan and have a IP address that can push out notices...

Re: Playback doesn't work on ViewPro 2

Sorry thought you were trying to load from a Camera. Then yes if you are connecting VIA a NVR it would only be able to play back from the NVRs HDD if it was setup to record.. Also on some you might have to choose a different method then ALL to get it to play back.. If you click the time line does it...

Re: NV4108E install

It might be a bad POE Transformer in the camera. They can go bad and cause issues where a longer cable will not make the camera work. To test if the camera is really dead. Connect the camera to a known good 12v 2amp power supply and connect the camera to your Router rather then the NVR Camera Port.....

Re: NV4108E install

Ok so I am not sure how the camera cable is run. However if it don't melt, or scrape, that isn't always the only issue. Could be damaged cable or bad ends. Could be any number of things. if the cable don't melt or scrape silver color then should be good cable.

Re: Playback doesn't work on ViewPro 2

Can you confirm that your system has recorded data missing from the camera? I mean if you are trying to playback from Micro Sd card there has to be data recorded to playback. I am not sure what else it might be seeing the app is newer and I don't use it much, Mainly only use for my 2685EW-AI camera ...

Re: Reolink 811A Shuts Down 4108-HS

Thank you for the BD wishes... I honestly don't know. If I had some idea about what you were asking about I would have replied. I reply to other cameras related to Amcrest devices and I have replied to others that didn't mention Amcrest Device and said they were having issues with different company ...
