Re: AD110 Stpopped ringing mechanical bell or internal bell
Issue might be your doorbell worked with normal button because 10va can power chimes, yet won't power camera and chime. I would just buy new 16v 30va or better transformer call it a day.

Re: Ptz repair not as easy as I thought
Just figured out that this camera is still under Warranty lol. Now I wonder if I will be able to collect on that. You see, I thought this camera was the one I got back in 20, so it would have been 4 years, I just did a Diagnosis Info Export, Found out that this camera was Manufactured in Feb 2022, I...

Re: Human detection - alarm - false positives
Go to event area and disable motion. You logs say the events are motion, if you are using SMD then it will get all motion false and real, then when doing search for events you would choose type of motion you want to search for and the search will Return that result. For true Ai you would want to set...

Re: NV4108E-A2 - Email test fail issue
This is sent from one of my other AI cameras, I did a test because I did have it disabled on this camera because where I had it installed I was getting so many alerts that I didn't want push and emails. While this is a different brand my Amcrest devices are also setup if I enable them to send. I kno...

Re: NV4108E-A2 - Email test fail issue
Yes I seen they said they tried the yahoo email so I thought they tried the Generate part and maybe it no longer worked so that was why I thought I would offer trying a server that I know works.. While I don't think it is an issue with the NVR, I don't have the 4108E-A2, I know my email works on my ...

Re: NV4108E-A2 - Email test fail issue
So i did setup a SMTP account for outgoing. This would be woody1919@revo2maxx.info.. If you say that you want to check out and see if it is a NVR issue I will send you a DM with the password and info about how to setup the NVR. Then you will in the area of where to send the email to your normal emai...

Re: NV4108E-A2 - Email test fail issue
Hello and Welcome to the Forum.. Email is problematic, I would be willing to setup an email account on my server for some testing to see if there is an issue with your Machine. I know that my email server will let emails pass. IT will have to be setup on TLS settings.. However to be honest I would s...

Re: NVR failed to export video with IVS events
Hello and Welcome to the Forum.. I don't have that model, I have an older first gen 4216E-AI NVR and what I notice with that or any of my other devices is that if I do a search for a type of event I can DL that event. If I am on Full time record and I don't record all my channels Full time, However ...

Re: NV4108E install
Ok this sounds like something one of my Pro line AI cameras is doing to me that I have yet to fix it lol.. First you will want to move that camera if powered by 12v to a none POE port of a Switch or even your router. Bear with me here.. If you were to get a none POE mini switch or hub would be perfe...
