You would want to look for a 12v poe splitter. This will take your poe cable split out ethernet and convert 48/52v down to 12v that is plugged into your normal 12v power plug on camera. Short ethernet cord then plugs ethernet from splitter to camera completes system.

Tbh why degrade the feed Pogo had right idea about many option much better then Roku, this is from capture of my phone casting to my Roku TV. This is full size screen with quality image on the TV.

Some cameras might have it called OSD others Overlay. Either way the area would be WebUI, Setup/Configuration Camera, Video. Then in the top of the screen for the camera would be some Tabs in there *my case Overlay* then Title... See picture below.
