Some cameras might have it called OSD others Overlay. Either way the area would be WebUI, Setup/Configuration Camera, Video. Then in the top of the screen for the camera would be some Tabs in there *my case Overlay* then Title... See picture below.

Okay, it looks like you might need to delve a bit deeper into the camera setup. The top board primarily functions as the power board, so you won't find the reset option there. If there's a concealed reset feature, you'll likely have to remove the two screws holding the camera board in place. Be caut...

The 850Eb I own 2 of them so have no need for CHIP info. My issue is a different camera that was bad that has chips that I am going to guess are fakes or ones they stole from TI or someone and put their own Markings on.. The 850EB if I remember right is built very well with good known chips in them....

Yes the Doorbell is a Smart home product and is required to be setup before it will work on your DVR/NVR.. Even with a IP setup static in the Router. Once you setup the camera in the Smart Home app you should be able to access the camera as normal. Smart Home App is Required.
