Re: AD410 Set Static IP

I did pass it along, I will see if something comes back to me. I can't say that everything I pass along makes any head way. It very well could be the Doorbell. However out of the info that comes back to me from the Device Config there is nothing that would tell me the camera is causing the Mac Split...

Re: AD410 doorbell: MAC address changes and password no longer works

Yes the odd thing is after playing around with this, There is on the Ad410 3 different listed Mac addresses in the File, 1 is good one at the eth2 that is Wifi if you look in the file you will see it is Default and active, However with people using Mesh I am wondering if the system is trying to pull...

Re: Firmware upgrade <10003>

Sorry I personally can't tell what system that is. The FW update is strange to me seeing it is what my CVI unit has as it's last update and yet yours is saying that it is a POE NVR!? So I am sure they have had you go to the FW update page or sent you a link to the update for your system? Again I wou...

Re: AD410 Set Static IP

I am not sure that the camera is the one that is changing Mac addresses.. I have been trying to get that to happen to me and I can't get it to change no matter what I do.. I don't have a Mesh network either so my Theory is that it has something to do with Mesh Network.. Normally a system is Programm...

Re: RTSP (VLC) and ffmpeg syntax

If I had to guess your trying to run a command for a older camera format and I am guessing that your camera is JS and the format your trying is for non JS cameras.. Also not sure that your camera supports ffmpeg

Re: Cameras Not Detected

Cameras connected to NVR should without fail bring up your cameras if they are Dahua (Or OEM Dahua) and for sure if they are Amcrest cameras. Next only issue I know of that a camera will not work is under a few different areas. 1 they are Hikvision products and require they be set to active, 2 there...

Also double check your cables. Make sure they are good and if they are CCA I would look into replacing them.

Re: IP Camera will not accept usernam/pw

Hello and Welcome to the Forum.. So I am not sure what type of software your working with or what things you might have had playing in your network. However only thing I have ever heard of something like this happening is when one of my Friends used a software that locked out his user name and passw...

Re: AD410 Set Static IP

FPS is 15 for the camera. Ihave setup IP and it is still working and I am able to access the camera without an issue in app and on my NVR that after a reboot I don't have to worry about the IP changing if not setup static in the Cameras Smart Home app area.
