Re: AD110 Setup
Ok have to ask what model of NVR is it? So I ask because the camera is 5mp even though it is said to be 4mp it really is 5. The DVR/NVR has to support the 5mp format that the camera is or the camera will have to be down encoded to a lower Resolution.. Also did you click the pencil and change the pas...

Re: NV4108E install
Yes you can do the last offered update. The update I had was not posted.. The one that is offered on the Amcrest site is fine.. Because of the type of FW that was being installed in the camera *that I was given* was to change it from old format from IE only to work with Chrome so that is why I can't...

Anyway this camera had micro slot for SD that I pulled and put on a different c...

Re: Valucam 6mp camera invalid password and user name
Okay, it looks like you might need to delve a bit deeper into the camera setup. The top board primarily functions as the power board, so you won't find the reset option there. If there's a concealed reset feature, you'll likely have to remove the two screws holding the camera board in place. Be caut...

Re: NV4108E install
The 850Eb I own 2 of them so have no need for CHIP info. My issue is a different camera that was bad that has chips that I am going to guess are fakes or ones they stole from TI or someone and put their own Markings on.. The 850EB if I remember right is built very well with good known chips in them....

Re: AD110 Setup
Yes the Doorbell is a Smart home product and is required to be setup before it will work on your DVR/NVR.. Even with a IP setup static in the Router. Once you setup the camera in the Smart Home app you should be able to access the camera as normal. Smart Home App is Required.

Re: Valucam 6mp camera invalid password and user name
Here is a Video that I made a year ago. It might be a little confusing as I am not very bright lol.. Anyway in the video, I am talking about kind of what you are working with. NEW NVR and maybe a POE NVR with some cameras that are POE and some that are not.. After getting all the cameras connected a...

Re: Valucam 6mp camera invalid password and user name
So generally the camera like that would have a removable part that would be facing the inner side. You would need to get a tool that fits the trim screw, Then remove the ring. Then there should be 2 screws and on some of the cameras I own there is only 1 center screws either way remove that screw an...
