You want to access your Camera on Chrome

Well as some may know there is a Chrome app for the Amcrest Camera and DVR and NVR view that you can install... However some still for what ever reason want to use Chrome... So while this works. I can't say that it is as good as the Amcrest Google add on app... Bring up Google. Type in google "Chrom...

Yes. I looked at the Mounting from the Manual of my Camera and the camera you were asking about... When I seen they were the same I thought it might work...

Re: Garage Door Cam

So I was thinking about some things about what I would really like to see... I know it can be done. For that matter I could really send some more cat 5 wire over to the Garage and connect to the out put of my TVI DVR. 20 Alarm outputs with the ability to manually turn it on. It also has 32 alarm inp...

Re: Garage Door Cam

So one of the main issues that needs to be understood. While I mention that I can use and do use a normal Door Bell switch to open my door from inside of my Garage. There can be some people that might have limits on if they could work a system as I have asked for.... One take your system. It is a 2 ...

Re: IPM-751 and IP3M-956 Firmware fix for email notification

Thank you both for the info. Sadly mine on the Video and yes I have it set to record to the MSD sadly even if I come back an hour after the event it says no record when I click. So that was why I changed over to live view. Even then at times it just times out. But I have the Event record and for me ...

Re: IPM-751 and IP3M-956 Firmware fix for email notification

Well I understand. There is a point of safety that is setup in the app. You can have the Camera send you Push Notices. While it isn't Email it will still track motion and give you the ability to check on what is going on if you have your camera setup to watch your Home, Family, Pets or anything you ...

Re: IPM-751 and IP3M-956 Firmware fix for email notification

I have the 751, I understand the idea but is not just Amcrest of Things that this happen too... While back in the 60' love the Impala by Chevy so when they came out again in 2000 I bought one of the first dated in 1999 and then a 02 that had Onstar because the 2000 didn't and wanted to have safety f...

Re: Emails stopped working...

Sadly it isn't just a Amcrest or Lorex system issue. I have other DVR's that get Gmail without fail and no update. There is something that has been added to Gmail for what ever reason that rejects the way some of my Other systems send the mail and I guess is the same way your Lorex system sends mail...

Re: Amcrest View Pro is unreliable as a 24x7 monitor

I just want to have people think about things before adding more apps to your mix of Viewing Apps. Remember in almost all cases they are going to Ask you for your Cameras UN and PW and everytime you use an App that wasn't designed by the Cameras manufacture you take the Risk of having your Password ...
