Re: 2 Cameras, 1 video

Got it, maybe if by chance. I removed the "problem camera" from the software entirely, cleared all the temp files on the PC, rebooted the PC, and added that camera again. It's giving me the correc view now on that PC. The issue had to be with a file on the PC somewhere; I had removed/readd...

Re: 2 Cameras, 1 video

I don't have the exact model, but they're IP67 turrets that are approx 2 years old.

That aside, I think the issue is somewhere in the Amcrest software really, specifically on the desktop. I can see the correct feed on anything else (trying 2 different phone and another desktop).

Re: 2 Cameras, 1 video

Yes, on a desktop is where the issue is. If I use a smartphone then everything appears correct. I have 6 cameras total, and NO DVR/NVR at all (live feed only). I have cleared the view of them all and started over, but the problem is still there. I can rearrange the order in which they show, refresh,...

Re: 2 Cameras, 1 video

Thanks for the reply, got a little more detail... I don't know that my camera (IP67 turrets) had more than one "camera" in them, but I do have Main, Sub1, and Sub 2 stream options. - Cam1 works perfectly fine and I can switch between the streams for basically the same view. - Cam2 works pe...

2 Cameras, 1 video

Hadn't ever heard of such an oddity before... 2 different cameras give me 2 different views in the moblie app, but on the PC, both are showin me the same video (the view from camera 1). It's worked flawlessly for over a year, but just stated this about an hour ago. The S/N, login, etc are all correc...

Re: Weird Glitch/Issue

Thanks! Thought that was going to be the end of it, but alas... I have 3 options with the "top center"; Main, S1, and S2. S1 and S2 are just black screens and "main" gives me a flicker of "over decode ability" (this is all on the "9 panel view" where it wouldn...

Re: Weird Glitch/Issue

BREAKTHRU!

I have the camera showing in other apps and webUI when I switch it to "Main Stream", but I can't find a way to change that on the NVR view (i.e. on the TV screen connected direectly to the NVR).

Re: Weird Glitch/Issue

No apology needed, I appreciate all the time and effort you've put in trying to help me sort this out. I have reset the camera to default via the NVR and reset via the button on the camera as well, but still in the same situation (which I'll restate, so you don't have to ask again lol)... The camera...

Re: Weird Glitch/Issue

... Via the WebUI/IP login however, the settings look different than the rest... (Encode mode shows 264 instead of 265 like the others and sub stream is NOT enabled) WebIP screen 1.jpg I can pick a few things from the dropdowns for the main stream (subs are blank), but regardless of what I select it...

Re: Weird Glitch/Issue

Many thanks for the detail. No luck yet though. Additional notes worth mentioning... - I set up the system myself originally, and no one else has "login access" (so no one else is/has fiddled with the setup) - The entire system has always been and is about as default as can be other than n...
