Are you using the camera Web UI with IP address and VPN or port forwarding, or amcrestview.com with P2P, to liveview and replay your remote camera?  Amcrestview.com may not use synch PC.

How did you set up the remote device with Amcrest View Pro to access the working camera?

The file you played from my saved files is a .dav file stored on the iphone. The "export" function doesn't work with H.265 .dav files. Android doesn't either. If you know where the dav file is in IOS, you could send it to PC for conversion to h.264 mp4. Not many video players support h.265...

You may just need to change the user permission to access the Amcrest Surveillance Pro folder.

If you have a SD card, try changing the snapshot destination to SD card and see if it works there, for comparision.
